Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting A Piece of Mine Puzzles! Below you will find everything you need to know about how we get your puzzles to your doorstep.
Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled from Singapore within 3–5 working days before being handed over to our courier partners. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
- Rates: Flat rate of $3 SGD, with free shipping on all orders above $60 SGD.
- Delivery Time: Typically arrives within 3 working days after courier pickup. Please allow for minor delays during peak holiday seasons.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide! If your country is not available at checkout, please email us at apieceofminepuzzles@gmail.com and we will do our best to arrange a delivery for you.
- Rates: Shipping costs are variable, calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
- Delivery Time: Depending on your location, international delivery typically takes 2–5 weeks after courier pickup. Delays may occur due to high seasonal volumes or local destination postal disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of shipment, please notify us immediately so we can look into it with the courier partner.
Important: Customs Duties & Import Taxes
- Worldwide: International shipping costs calculated at checkout do not include local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- USA Orders Only: For orders shipping to the United States, duties are calculated and paid upfront, meaning they are included in your final checkout price.
- A Piece of Mine Puzzles cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or returns caused by unpaid customs fees. We recommend checking your local import laws before placing an order.
General Shipping Terms
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details (especially unit and house numbers) before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot issue a refund. However, we are happy to re-ship it to you! Simply contact us to arrange re-delivery; please note that the customer will be responsible for the additional re-shipping fee.
Missed Delivery Attempts: Our couriers typically attempt delivery up to 2 times. If a delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the parcel may be returned to us or held by the carrier. We cannot issue refunds for abandoned or returned parcels due to missed deliveries. Additional courier charges will apply to retrieve and re-ship the parcel.
Damages in Transit: We take extra care to package your puzzles securely to minimize damage during transit. While merchants are generally not liable for damages incurred in transit, if your puzzle arrives damaged, please reach out to us at apieceofminepuzzles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will review it to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.
