Shipping & Orders

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our puzzles worldwide! If your country is not available at checkout, please email us at apieceofminepuzzles@gmail.com and we will do our best to arrange a delivery for you.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–5 working days before dispatch.

  • Domestic (Singapore): Typically arrives within 3 working days after courier pickup.

  • International: Typically takes 2–5 weeks after courier pickup, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Replacements

3. What is your return policy?

We do not offer refunds or returns, and all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at apieceofminepuzzles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will find a solution on a case-by-case basis.

4. What should I do if my puzzle is missing a piece?

We know how frustrating it is to leave a puzzle unfinished! Before reaching out, please give a quick check under the table, inside the box, or around the sofa. If it is truly missing and it is within 90 days of purchase, please fill out our Missing Piece Form. Depending on availability and your indicated preference, we will offer an individual piece replacement, a full puzzle replacement, or a store discount code.

5. Who designs your puzzles?

Every puzzle we create is lovingly illustrated by an artist based right here in Singapore. Championing the human touch and local creative talent is our core pledge - we do not use AI-generated art.

6. How do your puzzles support social causes?

A Piece of Mine was built with a mission to bridge local art with tangible social impact. A portion of our profits support local social causes, and we design our puzzles to offer mindfulness and respite for communities who need it most, including children, the elderly, individuals with special needs, and those navigating mental health challenges.

7. Are your puzzles available in physical stores?

Yes! If you would like to see our puzzles in person, they are currently available at the following retail locations in Singapore. Please note that some locations carry specific collections:

  • Gallery+ Katong 
  • Food Folks @ Lau Pa Sat
  • Kinokuniya Main Store (Takashimaya): Carrying our mental health puzzles only
  • i'mable Collective Space (Enabling Village): Carrying select puzzles by artists with autism only
