Before filling this out, give a quick check under the table, inside the puzzle packaging, or around the sofa - they have a weird habit of turning up in the strangest places!
Still missing? No stress. If it is within 90 days of purchase, read through the following information and complete our missing piece form below.
Our Solutions
- Individual Piece Replacement: If available, we will match and ship the exact missing piece(s) to help you complete your puzzle.
- Full Puzzle Replacement: If individual pieces cannot be sourced, we will send you a brand-new copy of the same puzzle.
- Store Discount Code: If you do not require a replacement piece, we also offer the option of a discount code for your next purchase.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Manufacturing Variations: You may notice slight differences in colour, print alignment, or finish for the replacement piece(s). These small variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process and do not indicate a defect.
- Availability: Replacement requests are fulfilled subject to availability. If a puzzle has been discontinued or replacement stock no longer exists, we may not be able to source the exact piece.
- Eligibility: Replacement pieces are only intended for genuine cases of manufacturing defects or accidentally lost pieces for eligible products purchased through us.
